The Hong Kong Alliance of Built Asset & Environment Information Management Associations (HKABAEIMA) will hold the CPD Event cum Presentation of Certificates (OpenBIM and OpenGIS for a Smarter City)  at Multi-purpose Hall at CIC’s Zero Carbon Park, Kowloon Bay on 08th September, 2021 (Wednesday). Our Institute (HKICBIM) as one of HKABAEIMA’s founding members, we are honored to invite all HKICBIM members to join the series of training classes on different topics to strengthen the understanding of  transiting from BIM to openBIM.

Training professionals on applying open BIM, open GIS, and integrating these two technologies in their work plays an essential role in promoting Smart City development in Hong Kong.

This Special Event features short sharings by trainers and trainee representatives, plus a talk delivered by Mr Ben Chan (Deputy Director of Lands) and Dr Calvin Kam entitled “OpenBIM and OpenGIS for a Smarter City”, followed by the presentation of certificates to candidates who have successfully completed those two courses that we offer namely (1) bSI Professional Certification Foundation Program, and (2) HKIP BIM+GIS Program.

For details, please see Programme Rundown.

Due to the restrictions for social distancing, only VIPs and representatives of our Members are invited to attend physically. However, we try YouTube Live to broadcast the Special Event to friends, fans and members.

If you need a CPD Certificate after watching YouTube Live, please register for the event to obtain a Ticket Number and fill in the Attendance Form and Request for CPD Certificate Form on 8 September 2021.
