Established in 2012 as an informal group of young professionals, LEAPS was established by a group of
‘L’andscape architects, ‘E’ngineers, ‘A’rchitects, town ‘P’lanners & ‘S’urveyors.
LEAPS strives to promote professional growth, cross disciplinary knowledge exchange and social networking among its members.
As the group expands through its wide range of activities, LEAPS celebrates its official establishment in 2015 as a non-profit organization dedicated to the nurturing of young professionals in Hong Kong’s development sector. Through mutual learning and collaborations, our goal is to deepen our understanding of local issues and unleash young professionals’ potential in substantive contribution to the society.
