CPD Webinar – The Solution of Construction Equipment to BIM

Our Institute will hold the online CPD live with Leica Geosystems on 7 April 2020 (Tuesday).

The speaker will share the role of Leica Geosystems in BIM with case studies and demonstration, and how digital construction campaign to be shifted from traditional workflow. With the Leica robotic total station, BIM model can be applied to construction or validation of the project progress. Setup pilot, object layout and BIM360 layout solution are the innovative technologies. Time of layout speed up with less cost.

Speaker Profile
Mr. Stephen Lee

Stephen graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics in 2016. He has been working in Leica Geosystems as an Engineer, specialized in total station and digital level. He also works in BIM and surveying technologies especially for BIM layout solution.

2) Application period would be limited to 6 months since the first notice from the Institute to the applicant.
3) If your application is received by the Institute without correct application fee & reference document attached within the captioned 6 months, your application will be returned to you without processing.

Declaration by Applicant

Hong Kong Institute of Civil and Building Information Management (HKICBIM) is a newly formed institute which provides an informative platform for civil and building counterparts to network and exchange civil Building Information Modeling (BIM) knowledge. HKICBIM aims to foster technological innovation and accelerate the adoption of Civil and Building Information Modeling Management in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry.

The Articles and By-Laws set out the HKICBIM objectives of establishment, grades of membership, structure and management, professional conduct, and other rules relevant to conduct the affairs of HKICBIM. In addition, the By-Laws may be revised and supplemented periodically as and when necessary.
